Our fleuriste (florist).We visited with a few wedding vendors this past Easter weekend and have now only the celebrant to book. It was busy & tiring but we are very happy to have most of the work done. We are excited about all the details! Our cake baker is fabulous... she is very talented and creative. She won us over by giving us samples by the way of cupcakes in assorted flavours; we are now 'cupcaked' out! We found a wonderful pair of musicians who also have a DJ service and know all our guests will be delighted with them. Our Friday evening alone while Alex stayed with Mamie & Papie was a real treat. We sampled our dinner menu and after some small changes, we are sure everyone will enjoy the meal. The auberge gave us an amazing deal to stay in their one bedroom suite; the views were amazing and we enjoyed the peace and quiet, not to mention sleeping in! Charles was a real sport by participating as much as he could at the florist; I think his favourite part was listening to the vocal canary who lived there!
